Returns & Refund Policy

&NDY allows returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, but we ask for 5-10 business days for processing them. Please reach out to us via our Contact form to inquire about returns information. &ndy will send a return shipping label via email, after a return and/or refund is requested. To request a return or refund, please email support@wearandy.com.

If your order arrives with defects or damages, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your refund. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous, but depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.
