Returns & Refund Policy
&NDY's is a small, Philadelphia based company that is run by me, Andy! I'm a one-person operation: marketing, web-development, apparel design, and logistics with my manufacturers. Because of this, &NDY allows returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, but we ask for 5-10 business days for processing them. Please reach out to us via our Contact form to inquire about returns information. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to &NDY.

If your order arrives with defects or damages, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your refund. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous, but depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.
